Reservation conditions:

All reservations are subject to a deposit.
- Stays of three nights and under: 1 night per room
- Stays of 4 to 6 nights: 2 nights per room
- Stays of 7 nights and over: 3 nights per room and per week.
Deposits are deducted at the end of your stay as agreed on reservation.
Long weekends: minimum stay 3 days.

Cancellation conditions

All early departures or last minute cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to the entire cost of your stay, as detailed in the reservation confirmation. All no-shows will be billed and result in the automatic cancellation of your stay. Cancellation fee: For all cancelled reservations, the following penalties apply:
- up to 31 days before arrival: 15% of deposit
- 30 to 16 days before arrival: 50% of deposit
- from 15 days before arrival: 100% of deposit.
